A/N: From the kinkme_merlin prompt: They always see each other every Tuesday when they go to see the sneak preview at their cinema. They end up talking after a few weeks only exchanging awkward glances and make out in the cinema in the end.

A/N: From the kinkme_merlin prompt: 16 year old Merlin is captured by bandits on the road to Camelot for the first time. 22 year old Arthur, more arrogant than ever, saves her. After getting yelled at for his efforts, he falls hard and begins to "court" her, while she mostly just thinks he's an idiot. Normally I'm not a big fan of genderswitch things but the prompt sort of attacked me and wouldn't let go, and I'm very glad of that.

Title: Wedding Invitations and Blind Dates
Summary: In which Arthur is not a cliche, everyone has comfy couches, Uther is omnipotent, and Merlin has magic pockets.
A/N: A very fluffy response to a prompt that probably should have resulted in more angst, from kinkme_merlin: Arthur believes he was put in this world to be alone. It's easy enough to ignore most of the time when he sees his friends pairing off, and it's usually easy to distract himself from it. But some nights, the loneliness gets so unbearable it feels like it's going to rip out from his heart, and he cries himself to sleep with nothing to do but ask God why he's been left with no one. And then one day he meets Merlin. I couldn't decide if I wanted Merlin to be a calligrapher or a med student, so I decided to just not mention at all.

Summary: When Arthur meets Merlin after several years, he discovers that while he thought his teasing was friendly, Merlin does not feel the same.
A/N: I had lots of fun writing this one. For this kinkme_merlin prompt: They went to school together, and Arthur used to tease Merlin a lot, but he didn't take it too seriously and thought of them as almost friends. Once they leave school, they don't see each other again.
Then one day they meet by chance, but when Arthur says hello, Merlin freaks out and runs away. It turns out he was terrified of Arthur and genuinely hurt by his insults.Cue massive guilt on Arthur's part and trying to make amends.

Title: Safekeeping
Summary: Merlin, realizing how many people he cares about have almost died, withdraws to keep it from happening again. Arthur notices.
A/N: Post season 2, so 'ware spoilers if you haven't seen it. For this kinkme_merlin prompt: Merlin notices that everyone he gets close to dies, so he starts to withdraw from everyone, becoming silent and blank to push people away. Arthur tries to bring him back.
