Thor and Merlin have, like, Skype dates, and Merlin introduces Thor to the fine British art of drinking tea so Thor tries to get all the Avengers to do it and Natasha is the only one who puts up with it (although Steve tries at first because this is honestly less destructive than most of the random obsessions Thor gets and he wants to encourage him), and Thor takes Merlin to Asgard who of course takes to it like a duck to water and Arthur thinks the whole deal is hilarious except for the times when he gets inexplicably jealous but Merlin is used to that, bless his heart.
And Gwen comes to play with the Science Alliance on occasion because of course she does (Elyan tries to come, but his interest in science extends pretty much to blowing things up, because of his misspent youth this lifetime) and is completely above Tony's needling because Morgana and Bruce quietly adores her because tell me those two aren't another pair of Soul Mate BFFs.
And of course Morgana "plays chess" with Fury when she comes to soothe him into stopping complaining about his team divulging state secrets to a bunch of British randoms and of course that terrifies poor Tony. (Morgana also plays literal chess with Magneto and Dr. X at various points because of reasons (everyone agrees she has a little too much sympathy for Magneto because really, tell me canon!Morgana and XMFC!Magneto do not have a whole lot in common).) Their alliance ends up in the Round Table being gently but firmly recruited by the British government and turned into the Round Table, which means they get costumes (and the knights are really happy to be back in armor). Arthur and Merlin ruin more costumes in the bedroom than in the field, but that's a side issue.
That's pretty much all the headcanon I have for this 'verse but I am not considering it personal property since it is ALL YOUR FAULT ANYWAY and if anyone else out there wants to take it and run feel free.
